How does the application process work at the Storch-Ciret Group?
The process depends on the position that you are applying for. In general: You can apply for an advertised position or send in a speculative application. We will look through your application carefully. If we are interesting in your profile, we will invite you to an interview. However, you will also hear from us if we do not feel that our requirements and your profile match. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Depending on which position you are interested in, we might also invite you to a telephone interview or an assessment centre over the course of the application process.
I have received an invitation to an interview with you. How can I best prepare myself for the interview?
Your application has impressed us. Your experiences and skills meet our needs. Now it's about finding out whether we fit well together. In the interview we want to get to know you: We want to find out who you are and what stimulates you. And likewise, you have the opportunity to get to know us personally.
So the most important things is to just be yourself. Be authentic.

I would like to do a work placement with you. Is that possible?
Thank you for your interest in the Storch-Ciret Group. It is indeed possible to do a work placement with us during your study program. You can find out more about this here. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a placement for school pupils. However, you can get to know us personally at events such as the "Ausbildungsbörse" (training program exchange) at the Wuppertal city hall in Autumn. Please feel free to come along!
